Tupperware Synthesizer...??

Tomomin
Tomomin is most famous instrument ADACHI have made because ADACHI had manufactured and sold it for many musicians. Mike Patton, Omoide-hatoba and some other musicians have used it. Tomomin is simple monophonic oscillator has strong sound. It is possible to cover all hearable range by 1 knob operation. Of course the name of the instrument refers the historical great electronic instruments "Theremin". Now, ADACHI stops making it, maybe it will start again.




Tomomin Synthesizer
This is most complicated instrument ADACHI has made. It is real analogue synthesizer has VCO, VCF, LFO, noise generator, envelope generator and even keyboard (just 4 keys) using old TEXUS INSTRUMENTS IC. The sound control by external signal is also possible.




Thererin (Theremin Forest)
Thererin is consist of 3 or 4 self-made Theremin. The basic principal of Theremin is heterodyne phenomena. You can listen double heterodyne by this system.









Tomoring
Tomoring is exceptional instruments because it is not electronic but electric. It has many springs, metal wire, strings and so on. It is to hit, scrub by fingers, small sticks, brushes and electric fun. The sound is amplified by 4 piezo pickups attached on the acrylic plastic body.

Others


This is remodeling instrument of small keyboard bought by 5 euro in Germany. So-called "circuit-bending" technique was used.











Electronic percussion synthesizer. The connection with external Piezo pickup is possible. You can change everything to percussion.











The popular 8-effect sounds chip is used for this instrument. Changeable pitch and volume.













Video Synthesizer
This is video equipment not for sound but it bases on electric musical idea treating video signal as sound signal. It works with video cameras and video monitor / video feedback system. The synthesizer has high frequency filters, signal mixer (not video mixer) and color adjuster. All of following video images is made by this system.
